We are looking for a Social Media Expert who can create, manage, post and extend all major social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube, Potential candidates should have a sound understanding of Social Media Marketing (Paid & Organic) and the importance of engaging community in our target market segment

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.

You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company and our client’s company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our multiple social media presences ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


Candidate should ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Has the drive to ” GO TO THE EXTRA MILE” to increase sales and engagement · Actively seek out customer online.

Remains knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

 Perform research on current market trends and audience preferences

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Set specific objectives and report on ROI, Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

Communicate with followers; respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout). Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.


1) Proven work experience as a Social media manager

2) Excellent copy writing skills

3) Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

4) Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics

5) Knowledge of online marketing channels

6) Excellent communication skills, analytical and multitasking skills

7.) Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field

8) Assess relevant skills and qualifications with our Social Media Manager interview questions

9) Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
